I. GENERAL INFORMATION

II. PROCEDURE OF ELECTRONIC CONTRACTING (PURCHASE)

2.3. Shipping fee
Goods can only be picked up upon delivery. The Buyer will receive adequate information about the delivery fee of the goods before finalizing the

will be accurately indicated on the invoice issued by the Seller. The Buyer must pay the delivery fee
together with the price of the goods in accordance with the chosen payment method, which
is only in accordance with Section 2.5. possible according to point 2.4. Order confirmation
The Webshop will confirm the order immediately, but no later than within 48 hours by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the Customer

2.5.2. Online credit card payment
The purchase price of the submitted order can be paid to the Seller by online
credit card payment immediately after placing the order. Online credit card payment is provided by the
OTP Simple Pay service provider. If you choose to buy online with a credit card, the website of the
Webshop will automatically navigate to the Customer's OTP Simple Pay website, where the final purchase amount indicated in the
Webshop can be paid. Buyer must provide
their name, bank name, credit card number, expiration date of their credit card, and

will be sent to the Customer about the payment, and a

2.6. Delivery The delivery of the goods to the delivery address provided by the Buyer shall be performed by GLS General Logistics Systems Hungary Kft. (Registered office: 2351 Alsónémedi, GLS
Európa utca, hereinafter referred to as the Supplier). . The Seller shall notify the Buyer
of the expected date of delivery separately upon delivery of the goods to the Supplier. Supplier may send
a separate notice to Buyer regarding the expected date of delivery. Delivery shall be effected by delivery to the
delivery address provided by the Buyer and delivery
to the Buyer or his agent. The risk of damage passes to the Buyer upon delivery to the Supplier.
III. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
3.1. Seller's right of withdrawal
If the Buyer fails to complete the transfer within the payment deadline indicated on the advance payment request, but no later than within 8

sales contract even if the price of the goods has been indicated

goods. The Seller is not obliged to accept the request for replacement. If an exchange agreement is reached between the Parties
, the costs of delivery and return shall be borne by the Buyer
. The seller may request an amendment to the contract if the ordered goods are out of stock
and he wishes to replace them with other goods instead. This must be accepted by the Buyer in writing (by e-mail). The parties shall consider the oral amendment to the contract to be invalid.
VI. COMPLAINT HANDLING

VII. LAW APPLICABLE TO THE CONTRACT, METHOD OF SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

VIII. SCOPE OF THESE GTC, FINAL PROVISIONS
