A Red log egy kicsi, egzotikus félig pozsgás faj, a borsfélék családjából. Bolíviában és Dél-Amerika esőerdőiben őshonos. Az egyik legmutatósabb törpebors fajta, levelei keskenyek, de húsosak, lándzsa alakúak, melyek felül sötétzöldben, alul bíbor színben ragyognak. Viszonylag könnyű gondozni.
The Red log is an attractive evergreen from the Piperaceae family, commonly known as the pepper family, and native to Bolivia and the rain forests of South America. Verticillata is one of the most vibrant plants with the nice double colouring in its leaves. The front has a deep dark green colour while the back has stunning red colour. It’s produces narrow, lance-shaped, textured leaves. Relatively easy to care.
