A Tillandsia Cotton Candy Dél-Amerikában őshonos broméliaféle, sokhelyen megtalálható Venezuelától Argentína északi részéig. A fákon, illetve a tengerparti homokdűnéken él. Levelei visszahajló, íves alakúak, dérszerű puha szőrrel borítva, amik rozetta formában nőnek. Virágai pink és bordó színben pompáznak, és tavasszal vagy nyár elején jelennek meg.
Tillandsia Cotton Candy is native to South America, where it grows in an area that extends from Venezuela to northern Argentina. It lives both on the trees and the sand of the sea dunes. Its recurved leaves grow in a rosette form, covered with soft, silver hair. The flowers appear in spring or late summer, the colour of them are vivid pink and burgundy.
